Refund policy
You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item is received faulty please email us at hello@stampedbyamelia.com along with a photo of the problem 24 hours of receiving your item. Once we have clarified the issue, we will offer you a return and refund or a replacement product.
Once we have received your item back, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 14 working days via your original method of payment. You are responsible for all return postage fees. We recommend that you return your item using recorded delivery. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

FOR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT - I do not replace or refund. If the order has been sent to the correct address provided, a tracking number is provided and lodged with Australia Post. I can not be held accountable for any lost items by Australia Post.
